North ML is an independent research effort. Features may be experimental, changed, rate-limited, suspended, or discontinued. Waitlist registration does not guarantee access or a release date.
2. Research is not professional advice
Model output may be incomplete, incorrect, biased, outdated, or unsupported. It is not medical, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice. Verify sources and use qualified professionals for high-impact decisions.
3. Costs and performance
Parameter counts, benchmark ranges, context lengths, latency, and research-cost estimates are descriptive or target figures under particular conditions. They are not guarantees. Costs can rise and quality can fall for specialized topics, long contexts, unavailable sources, or repeated tool use.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, bypass safeguards, abuse infrastructure, impersonate others, or facilitate harm. Automated access must follow documented limits and authentication requirements.
5. Your content
You retain rights in content you submit, subject to the rights needed for North to process it and provide the service. You represent that you have permission to submit that content.
6. Models and third-party sources
Some features may rely on open models, external APIs, retrieved web pages, or third-party services with their own terms. Citations and links do not imply endorsement, and North does not control third-party availability or accuracy.
7. Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness, or non-infringement. North’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
